We have 32 affordable rooms available for rent on a weekly basis - some with double beds - (£50 deposit required).
Short Term Rooms for Rent (min. of one week).
The cost varies with size, the smaller rooms being the cheapest. All bills are included in the room price (gas, electric, water and Internet).
Bathrooms and kitchens are shared with 5 bathrooms & 3 kitchens on floor 1, and 4 bathrooms & 3 kitchens on the second.
Each room contains a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, study desk with leather office chair, a sink and vanity mirror.
Blackout blinds and TV aerial points are also fitted and Wi-Fi is available throughout.
The accommodation also has a large common room with a flat screen TV on the wall, sofas and a pool table.
There is also a laundry room with 2 industrial washing machines and 2 separate industrial tumble dryers all of which are coin operated.
What are the rental charges?
32 rooms which are for single occupancy and are as follows, with a £100 deposit:
- 4 rooms @ £70 per week - single beds
- 18 rooms @ £75 per week - mainly single beds with some double beds
- 10 rooms @ £80 per week - double beds
