To secure your room we require a £200 deposit of which £30 is non-refundable providing the room is left in a clean condition and there is no damage to the property.
Simply complete the application form below and pay your deposit online, and we will reserve your accommodation for you.
Student Rentals
To reserve now and secure your accommodation, email sandrakullar@yahoo.co.uk or directly by completing the form on this page and paying your deposit online via the Reserve Your Room payment link.
We will also require you to complete our standard contract once you have reserved your room, providing your personal details, a guarentor and proof of ID e.g. scanned copy of your Driving Licence or Passport.
