The penthouse has a very spacious open-plan kitchen, well equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, oven/hob, iron, ironing board, etc.
The lounge & dining area provides a great space for socialising, with leather sofas and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There is also a smaller second sitting room along with a spacious balcony overlooking the park.
The six bedrooms all have:
- a double bed
- wardrobe, chest of drawers & bedside table
- TV aerial point and Wi-Fi
All bills include gas, electric, water, and WiFi.
What are the rental charges?
The penthouse sleeps 6 people, with a minimum 1 year contract with a £200 deposit, of which £30 is non-refundable.
- 5 double rooms @ £75 per person per week
- 1 smaller room @ £70 per person per week
